A picturesque property with rolling hills and mature oaks influenced the landscape architecture for this exclusive neighborhood in Lake County, Florida. HFA designed the entrance to the neighborhood including a covered bridge passing over a pond and water feature. The combination creates a welcoming, unique, and memorable sense of arrival. The water feature is accented with boulders and native landscape. These materials were repeated throughout the golf course and the community to compliment the rural and tranquil surroundings.

HFA was responsible for overseeing the construction of all the common areas including:

  • The Covered Bridge and Water Feature
  • The Neighborhood Roads
  • The Gatehouse and the Clubhouse
  • The Tennis Courts
  • All out of play areas of the Golf Course
